Most roofs do not need replacing — they need painting properly. A tired, chalky or faded roof is usually sound underneath, and a proper repaint costs a fraction of a re-roof while adding years to its life and lifting the look of the whole house.
We prep before we paint
Every roof gets washed, scraped and treated before a drop of paint goes on. Skipping prep is why cheap roof jobs peel within two years. Rusted screws get replaced, flaking areas get wire-brushed back, and bare metal gets primed.
Proper paint, properly applied
We use roof-grade coatings rated for New Zealand conditions — a primer plus two topcoats, airless-sprayed for an even finish. Waikato roofs cop hard sun, coastal salt and heavy dew, and thin single-coat work does not survive it.
Your place left tidy
Windows, walls, paths and gardens get masked and covered before we start. We clean up at the end of every day, not just at the end of the job.
Colour help if you want it
Happy to talk through colours that suit the house and hold up over time. Darker colours look sharp but run hotter and fade faster — we will tell you honestly what to expect.
